Requirements:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a data entry operator is a plus
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Knowing Portuguese language on an advanced level
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar & punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Responsibilities:
- Insert, correct and update data for our business directory sites
- Communicate and solve problems directly with our customers, via email or phone
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output
